How To Send The WordPress System Info File

When troubleshooting a support issue with the WP Activity Log plugin we might ask you to send us your WordPress system info file. This file contains diagnostic information about your WordPress website and web server configuration which help us troubleshoot any issue you might be encountering. To send us the WordPress system info file:

  1. Click the Help node in the plugin menu,
  2. Click the System Info tab,
  3. Click the Download System Info File button
  4. Compress the file and send it to us via email.
